Onemotion is knowledge that describes the communication that occurs between all the muscles of the movement system that carry out, together and in combination, the full range of motor capabilities of the human body. Understanding this communication makes it possible to be clinically accurate in describing the poor ranges of motion of the body's muscles, and to define which mechanical forces do not work in coordination and efficiency in the ongoing movements of daily life (movement compensation).
